What is ReAgent 2.1?

ReAgent 2.1 is powerful PHP/MySQL based software for online real estate business. With this software you can create agent and owner accounts of users who are then able to upload their own properties. Each user uses features on admin area to perform their specific tasks. Admin area is username/password protected, so a user first must be logged in order to access the admin area.

ReAgent 2.1 was designed for easy use. None of the users has to know any of the advanced web skills.

Special part of ReAgent 2.1 represents client area. You can use it as addition to your existing website or you can use it to build complete new website. You can choose between 2 predefined templates that are used to build client area. Templates can be completely customized to follow design of your existing website.

'Member registration' is completely new feature. Now visitors of your web site can register and become members. When a visitor becomes a member she/he can save favorite properties and send contact to agent/owner about their properties. This feature can be disabled.

You can choose for what properties can be listed: for sell, for rent or both.

Who can use ReAgent 2.1?

This software is designed to be used either by novice or advanced users. It is ideal for real estate agencies, single agents or persons/companies who want to run real estate portals.

Info Board
It is a place where users leave their massages to be read by all other users. Only Super Administrator, Administrator and Webmaster can post info board messages.

Contacts
Contacts that were sent from the client area of the ReAgent 2.1.
Only Super Administrator and Administrators can use this feature.

Backup
It is possible to create back up of entire database (SQL format) that can be restored at any time. No advanced skills are required to use this feature.
Only Super Administrator and Administrators can use this feature.

Export
Entire data base, listing list, user list, agent list and member list can be exported into 3 different formats: XML, CSV and HTML.
Only Super Administrator and Administrators can use this feature.

Statistics
Tracks statistic about users, listings and images.
Only Super Administrator and Administrators can use this feature.

You can define following settings:

Listing Features
Besides integrated listing features you can add 2 kind of additional features:

•  unlimited number of additional properties joined in groups (property either includes them or not and it is same for each property that includes them)

•  up to 10 additional main properties (different for each property)

Also with this feature you can add Property Type, State and City.

Only Super Administrator and Administrators can use this feature.

All Listings
Displays list of all listings in the data base.
Only Super Administrator and Administrators can use this feature.

Add Listing
Super Administrator and Administrators can add new listing and assign it to any of registered agents. Agents and Owners can add listing only for them selves.

Search
Search for listings by ID, Agent, Owner, Headline, State, City, and Type.
Only Super Administrator and Administrators can use this feature.

All users
Displays list of all users.
Only Super Administrator and Administrators can use this feature.

Add User
Super Administrator can create Administrator and Webmaster accounts while Administrator can create additional Webmaster accounts.

Members
Displays list of all registered members (members are registered through client side).
Only Super Administrator and Administrators can use this feature.

My Profile
Displays profile for currently logged user.

All Agents
Displays list of all agents.
Only Super Administrator and Administrators can use this feature.

Add Agent
Creates new agent account.
Only Super Administrator and Administrators can use this feature.

All Owners
Displays list of all owners.
Only Super Administrator and Administrators can use this feature.

Add Owner
Creates new owner account.
Only Super Administrator and Administrators can use this feature.

Completely customizable out going emails.

General
Here you choose template for client side, upload logo image, window title and footer signature, enable or disable publishing and choose folder for published files.
Only Super Administrator, Administrator and Webmaster can post info board messages.

Translate
You can translate key words, key sentences, messages and menu links and complete client side will be in your native language.
